New York Giants<\/a>\u00a0in Week 15 as Ar\u2019Darius Washington will not travel to with the team due to personal reasons. Though he won\u2019t be traveling with the team, Washington has not yet been ruled out, as was the case with now-released veteran safety Eddie Jackson, he\u2019ll be questionable.<\/p>\nWashington has started the past six games for the Ravens and is one of the primary reasons for the defense\u2019s improvement over the past few weeks.<\/p>\n
This season, PFF has graded Washington as the No. 24 best safety in the NFL in overall grade (71.8), and No. 14 in coverage grade (73.9).<\/p>\n
His promotion to the starting unit over now-released Eddie Jackson and veteran Marcus Williams \u2014 in addition to the more deep safety play from Kyle Hamilton \u2014 has stabilized the back end of the defense and shored up their big-play struggles from earlier in the season.<\/p>\n
