Micah Parsons\u00a0had four total tackles and two sacks against Carolina on Sunday afternoon. This season with Dallas, he has recorded 28 tackles, 6.5 sacks, one forced fumble, and one pass deflection.<\/span><\/p>\n

On Sunday morning,\u00a0NFL Network\u00a0reported that the Cowboys are not ruling out trading Parsons to another team in the offseason. Micah Parsons said to\u00a0Jon Machota of The Athletic\u00a0after the game about those trade rumors:<\/p>\n

\u201cI understand how that business side goes. There are no hard feelings in this business, whether I\u2019m here or anywhere else. Obviously I\u2019ve stated that I want to be here. But at the end of the day, I understand the business side.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve put in a lot of work, I\u2019ve played hard too, so obviously if sides can\u2019t agree to those type of things, it happens like that. But I\u2019m just happy to be here. I\u2019m just gonna keep playing hard while I\u2019m here. If I\u2019m here for the next 5-6 years, I\u2019m gonna keep playing hard then too. Ain\u2019t nothing really gonna make a difference, Micah is gonna play hard.\u201d<\/p>\n

Micah Parsons\u2019s fifth-year option for the 2025 season was picked up, but 2025 will be the final year of his rookie contract. It would be interesting to see which team would call to potentially acquire the Dallas Cowboys superstar. Parsons is 25 years old. He was the 12th overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Penn State.<\/span><\/p>\n
