\u201cIt\u2019s time for me to go coach,\u201d Hill wrote, without punctuation.<\/p>\n
Was he telling Mike McDaniel it\u2019s time for Hill to leave Miami? Did he mean it\u2019s time for Hill to become more involved in the offense?<\/p>\n
It turns out the post didn\u2019t need punctuation, with Hill intended it to mean exactly as it reads.<\/p>\n
Hill said Thursday that after Teddy Bridgewater won a state high school championship in Florida as a head coach and former NFL player Michael Vick was hired as the head coach at Norfolk State that he wants to coach when his playing career is finished.<\/p>\n
\u201cWhat I meant was, when I say it\u2019s time for me to go coach, meaning that when you see guys like Teddy Bridgewater, you see guys like Michael Vick getting his head coaching job, it\u2019s like, bro,\u00a0I want to be a coach<\/span>\u00a0also when I\u2019m done playing,\u2019’ Hill said, via Joe Schad of\u00a0The Palm Beach Post<\/i>. \u201cYou know what I\u2019m saying? So that\u2019s all I meant by it.\u201d<\/p>\n Hill made it clear he is not retiring, and he does not want a trade.<\/p>\n \u201cI didn\u2019t mean by I want to get traded or I want to leave Miami,\u201d Hill said. \u201cI\u2019m in a great situation here. I love the guys here. I love this organization. They obviously changed me and my family\u2019s life, you know what I\u2019m saying, forever. So I\u2019m in a great spot, man. I\u2019m happy. I wish we were playing better ball, but at the end of the day, like I feel like when I tweet something, it\u2019s not always about football.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s about, you know, seeing these other guys, you know, succeed in other areas like Deion Sanders and stuff like that.
