Novak Djokovic<\/strong>\u00a0failed to win a tour-level title in 2024 but now his focus has shifted toward the next season as he started working with coach\u00a0Andy Murray<\/strong>\u00a0for the Australian Open.\u00a0Andrea Petkovic<\/strong>, a former World No.9 from Germany, is convinced that Djokovic won\u2019t pay much heed to any tournament other than the Australian Open and Wimbledon.<\/p>\n

Djokovic won 10 titles in Melbourne, while at the\u00a0Wimbledon, he won the title seven times. At SW19 in 2024, the Serb reached the first final of the season but was denied his historic 25th major when\u00a0Carlos Alcaraz<\/strong>\u00a0defeated him for the second time on the trot. In Melbourne this year, Djokovic lost to current World No.1\u00a0Jannik Sinner<\/strong>\u00a0in the semifinal in four sets.<\/p>\n

Djokovic himself has often stated that\u00a0he would be focusing only on Grand Slam tournaments\u00a0and would be missing several ATP 500 and ATP 1000 tournaments just like the 2024 season.<\/p>\n

Novak Djokovic\u00a0holds the record for most Australian Open which, according to\u00a0Serena Williams<\/strong>\u2018 former coach\u00a0Rennae Stubbs, is more impressive than\u00a0Rafael Nadal<\/strong>\u2018s 14 French Open titles. Stubbs thinks that as almost everyone plays well on hard court, Djokovic\u2019s 10-win proves how dominating he has been in the tournament.<\/p>\n

Stubbs also wants Djokovic to \u2018drop the mic\u2019 after winning his 25th major in Australia and go on a holiday with his family and see the country.
