The organization collaborated with Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC), Football UNITES\u2122 community partners, Miami Dolphins Community Restaurant partners and corporate partners to distribute holiday gifts and meals to community members in need.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"nfl-c-body-part nfl-c-body-part--text\">\n<p>Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>OL<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Terron Armstead, LB William Bradley-King, C Aaron Brewer, LB Jordyn Brooks, LS Blake Ferguson, TE Julian Hill, DT Benito Jones, LB Mohamad Kamara, CB Jason Maitre, TE Hayden Rucci and RB Jeff Wilson Jr.<\/strong>\u00a0joined Dolphins cheerleaders and staff at the annual Holiday Toy Event presented by The Morgan Law Group, providing gifts to more than\u00a0<strong>160 local family members<\/strong>\u00a0at Hard Rock Stadium on Tuesday, Dec. 17. With gifts purchased by the Miami Dolphins and The Morgan Law Group, pre-selected families from Football UNITES\u2122 community partners took part in holiday games, crafts and enjoyed meals prepared by Adam&#8217;s Catering, a Miami Dolphins Community Restaurant partner presented by Amazon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"nfl-c-body-part nfl-c-body-part--text\">\n<p>Additional Miami Dolphins holiday events included:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"nfl-c-body-part nfl-c-body-part--text\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Monday, Dec. 2:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>TE Jonnu Smith<\/strong>\u00a0in collaboration with Publix, took\u00a0<strong>a local family<\/strong>\u00a0from community partner, Urban League, on a $500 shopping spree ahead of the holiday season.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Dec.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>3:<\/strong>\u00a0The Miami Dolphins Football UNITES\u2122 program, in collaboration with Action Roofing, surprised a Miami Gardens resident and devoted mother of two daughters, Natalie Davis, with a brand-new roof, bringing safety and comfort to their homes just in time for the holiday season.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, Dec. 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>LB Bradley Chubb<\/strong>\u00a0visited a local children&#8217;s hospital to distribute holiday gifts to\u00a0<strong>10 patients<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, Dec. 3:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>OL Terron Armstead,<\/strong>\u00a0in collaboration with 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project, hosted I Am A Business program at Miami Norland High School and Nova High School. Throughout the month of December, Armstead visited both schools and engaged students in programming that sought to introduce soft business entrepreneurial skills to\u00a0<strong>more than<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>20 students<\/strong>. Students that participated in the month-long program received a tablet to aid in business idea development and $200 for full participation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Friday, Dec. 6:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>TE Julian Hill<\/strong>\u00a0visited His House Children&#8217;s Home for their Candy Land Party and engaged with\u00a0<strong>more than<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>30 kids<\/strong>\u00a0as they participated in holiday themed games.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Saturday, Dec. 7:<\/strong>\u00a0The Miami Dolphins, in collaboration with the Make a Wish Southern Florida, made a couple young Dolphins fans wishes come true this holiday season. The Dolphins hosted\u00a0<strong>Emmet and Albert along with their families<\/strong>\u00a0at the Baptist Health Training Complex, where they met their favorite players, toured the team facility and had the opportunity to break down the team huddle. The next day, both families experienced Dolphins pregame warm-ups on the field and were hosted by the team as the Dolphins took on the Jets on Sunday Dec. 8.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monday, Dec. 9:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>OL Terron Armstead, DT Calais Campbell<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>WR Jaylen Waddle<\/strong>\u00a0were joined by teammates\u00a0<strong>LB Bradley Chubb, T Bayron Matos, OL Andrew Meyer<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>LB Emmanuel Ogbah<\/strong>\u00a0and Dolphins Cheerleaders, as they hosted\u00a0<strong>100 kids<\/strong>\u00a0from Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Seek Foundation, Ladies of Hope Ministries and We the Veterans for a holiday shopping spree at a local retailer in Miami. Dolphins players provided each child with a $200 shopping spree and engaged with participants as they shopped for toys for the holiday. Participants also enjoyed meals from Soulfly Chicken, part of the Miami Dolphins Community Restaurant program presented by Amazon.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, Dec. 10:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>LB Bradley Chubb, TE Julian Hill, DT Benito Jones, LB Mohamad Kamara, LB Derrick McLendon<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>K Jason Sanders, DT Zach Sieler<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>QB Skylar Thompson<\/strong>\u00a0joined\u00a0<strong>nearly<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>70 pediatric patients<\/strong>\u00a0from local hospitals for a trip to the North Pole at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in Fort Lauderdale. Participants boarded a United Airlines flight and were taken on a trip to the North Pole, where they were greeted by Santa, Dolphins players, cheerleaders and mascot, T.D., who delivered gifts and engaged with patients.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, Dec. 10:<\/strong>\u00a0The Miami Dolphins 2024 rookie class partnered with Neighbors 4 Neighbors to adopt\u00a0<strong>two families<\/strong>\u00a0through the purchase of gifts for the holiday season. Ingold engaged with participants as they shopped for sneakers in an effort to bring added cheer during the holiday season.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday, Dec. 17:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>LB Jaelan Phillips,<\/strong>\u00a0a Dolphins Cancer Challenge (DCC) board member, partnered with the DCC and AutoNation to visit Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center&#8217;s pediatric oncology clinic, Alex&#8217;s Place, and distribute holiday toys to nearly\u00a0<strong>30 pediatric patients<\/strong>. With gifts purchased by AutoNation, Phillips and staff from the organizations engaged with patients and their families in an effort to uplift holiday spirits.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuesday,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Dec.<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>17:<\/strong>\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0<strong>TE Jonnu Smith<\/strong>\u00a0stopped by Pinecrest Elementary School and surprised Mary Crippen and her third grade math class. During the visit, Smith engaged with students in a personalized math and life lesson.
