Tyler Huntley started in Tagovialoa\u2019s stead and performed well. While the Dolphins had just a 6-3 lead over Cleveland at halftime, the Dolphins got separation in the second half with a 13-yard rushing touchdown by Tyler Huntley and a 7-yard touchdown pass from Huntley to Jonnu Smith.<\/p>\n
Huntley finished the game 22-of-26 for 225 yards. He also rushed for 52 yards on seven carries to lead the team in the category.<\/p>\n
Tyreek Hill also helped power the offensive performance, catching all nine of his targets for 105 yards.<\/p>\n
Browns defensive end Myles Garrett was one of the team\u2019s few bright spots on the day, as he picked up 2.0 sacks to make some history. He became the first player in NFL history to record at least 14 sacks in four consecutive seasons, with the sack becoming official in 1982. He also became the third player to record at least 13 sacks in five of his first eight seasons, joining Reggie White and T.J. Watt.<\/p>\n
But aside from that, the Browns were overmatched. Dorian Thompson-Robinson finished 24-of-47 passing for 170 yards with an interception and a lost fumble. He\u2019s now thrown six interceptions and zero touchdown passes this year. He\u2019s also the only quarterback since 2000 to throw 10 career interceptions with one or zero touchdowns (he threw one TD last year).<\/p>\n
Jerry Jeudy set a new career high with 12 catches, finishing with 94 yards.<\/p>\n
The 8-8 Dolphins will be on the road to play the Jets next week. They need a victory and then the Carson Wentz-led Chiefs to beat the Broncos in order to capture the AFC\u2019s No. 7 seed.<\/p>\n
