Tyreek Hill<\/span>\u00a0has sensationally claimed he wants to leave the\u00a0Miami Dolphins<\/span>\u00a0after missing out on the NFL playoffs for the first time in his career.<\/p>\n

Hill fell short of a 1,000-yard season and the Dolphins went 8-9, missing out on the postseason after a Week 18 loss to the Jets in New York.<\/p>\n

The wide receiver than stunned reporters in the locker room when he claimed he ‘wants out’ of the franchise.<\/p>\n

When asked to reflect on his season, he said: ‘At the end of the day, there’s a lot of things I need to reassess about my career, and just see what I need to do to continue to get better as a player so I can continue to reach that 1,000-yard mark.<\/p>\n

‘This is my first time I haven’t been in the playoffs. I’ve just got to do what’s best for me and my family, if that’s here or wherever the case may be.<\/p>\n

‘I’m opening that door for myself. I’m out, bro. It was great playing here but at the end of the day I got to do what\u2019s best for my career. I\u2019m too much of a competitor to be just out there.’<\/p>\n

Shortly after, Hill took to social media and did little to dampen the flames when he wrote: ‘Love fin nation blessing yall opened doors for the Hill family forever nothing but respect and love.’<\/p>\n

Hill finished the season with 939 receiving yards, failing to hit 1,000 for the first time since 2019.<\/p>\n

As a nine-year NFL veteran, the wide receiver had reached the playoffs in every season until now, first with the Kansas City Chiefs and then with the Dolphins from 2022.<\/p>\n
