On Friday, a source close to the 35-year-old sensation told\u00a0Page Six\u00a0that she personally wove a ‘handmade baby blanket’ for the\u00a0Kansas<\/span>\u00a0City Chiefs star and his wife’s bundle of joy.<\/p>\n

‘Taylor is so looking forward to meeting Brittany and Patrick’s baby girl and she couldn’t be more thrilled for her friends,’ the source told the outlet.<\/p>\n

They added, ‘Taylor’s aunt knitted her a baby blanket when she was a child so it’s always had a special meaning for her and something she wanted to do for her friends.’<\/p>\n

Patrick and Brittany, 29, welcomed their child on Sunday<\/span>, January 12, and shared the news via social media with a black and white photo of Golden’s feet and a sign revealing her name.<\/p>\n

But this isn’t the first time Swift has gone out of her way to craft a special gift for a pal’s baby.<\/p>\n

In fact, the insider revealed the\u00a0GRAMMY<\/span>\u00a0winner ‘did the same thing’ for\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs WAG Chariah Gordon and her fianc\u00e9 Mecole Hartman Jr. back in early 2024.<\/p>\n

‘It’s become a tradition for Taylor, something she loves doing and something that can’t be bought. It comes from the heart,’ the source heartwarmingly revealed of the pop megastar.<\/p>\n

Taylor also hit like on Golden Raye’s birth announcement\u00a0<\/span>post earlier this week in reaction to Brittany and Patrick’s new arrival.<\/p>\n

The Cruel Summer singer has been close pals with the former soccer player and the quarterback since October of 2023, months after she started dating Patrick’s Kansas City Chiefs teammate Travis Kelce, 35.<\/p>\n

Brittany and Patrick also\u00a0share Sterling Skye, three, and Patrick ‘Bronze’ Lavon Mahomes II, two.<\/span>\u00a0And their unique,\u00a0metallic naming tradition<\/span>\u00a0has gained attention from fans.<\/p>\n

The NFL royalty are high school sweethearts. They started dating in March 2012 with attending Whitehouse High School in Texas, even attending their prom together a year later.<\/p>\n

Just weeks before Brittany was slated to give birth to their third child, Patrick had joked that he hoped his wife would welcome their little one during his team’s bye week before the NFL playoffs.<\/p>\n

After beating the Pittsburg Steelers on Christmas Day, the athlete said: ‘I told my pregnant wife I was gonna get her the number one seed so we can go have that baby. So we got that number one seed.’<\/p>\n

The high-profile pair got engaged in September 2020, just months after Patrick had won his first Super Bowl with the Chiefs.<\/p>\n
