The Los Angeles Dodgers have an abundance of stars on the roster after an unbelievably successful offseason. However, there are many fans and players who feel the team is incomplete.<\/p>\n

Outfielder Teoscar Hern\u00e1ndez wants the the Dodgers to bring back fan favorite, Kik\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n

\u201cEverybody\u2019s waiting for that news to pop up, to see Kik\u00e9 back as a Dodger,\u201d Teoscar Hern\u00e1ndez said. \u201cI want Kik\u00e9 to be back.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hern\u00e1ndez is correct. The Dodgers fan base wants the Dodgers to orchestrate a reunion with the free agent utility man. Both Teoscar Hern\u00e1ndez and Kik\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez entered free agency, and it wasn’t clear whether either player would return to L.A. But the pair’s impact and influence on the team was evident.<\/p>\n

Who could forget the historic game from both Hern\u00e1ndezes just four months ago?<\/p>\n

The home runs from Kik\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez and Teoscar Hern\u00e1ndez in Game 5 of the National League Division Series was the first time in\u00a0MLB\u00a0history that two players with the same last name each hit a solo homer for the same team, which also accounted for all the runs in the game.<\/p>\n

Kik\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez was the first to breakthrough on a pitch from Padres right-hander\u00a0Yu Darvish\u00a0in the second inning. The 428-foot bomb put Los Angeles on the board.<\/p>\n

Then, in the seventh inning, Teoscar\u2019s homer gave the Dodgers the insurance run they were hoping for.<\/p>\n

Kik\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez expressed excitement for the pair’s accomplishment in helping the Dodgers exorcise their postseason demons and leading the club to the NLCS for the first time since 2021.<\/p>\n

\u201cI got a guy right here that likes the moment, too,\u201d Kik\u00e9 said, referring to Teoscar. \u201cI\u2019m glad we\u2019re both on the team. I\u2019m glad we have the same last name. I\u2019m glad the accent goes over both A\u2019s.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI told him before Game 4, never been done in the history of this game, two Hern\u00e1ndezes going deep in the same game in the playoffs,\u201d Kik\u00e9 added. \u201cDidn\u2019t happen that day because we didn\u2019t need to. But it happened tonight, and we\u2019re drinking Gatorade because of it.\u201d<\/p>\n
