With the\u00a0Super Bowl<\/a>\u00a0under 48 hours away, the 2024\u00a0NFL<\/a>\u00a0season is nearing completion. The NFL Honors have taken place and major awards have been handed out to their respective winners.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Baltimore Ravens<\/a>\u00a0had their eyes peeled on the awards being announced as\u00a0Lamar Jackson<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Derrick Henry<\/a>\u00a0were both up for Offensive Player of the Year, with the signal-caller also being in the MVP race.<\/p>\n

Jackson threw for 4,172 yards, 41 touchdowns and four interceptions with 915 yards and four touchdowns on the ground. The superstar led Baltimore to a 12-5 record during the 2024 campaign.<\/p>\n

While the club suffered yet another postseason disappointment after a gut-wrenching 27-25 Divisional Round loss to the\u00a0Buffalo Bills<\/a>\u00a0— that disappointment continued as Jackson fell just short of a hat trick for the MVP award.<\/p>\n

The two-time winner was the runner-up for the MVP trophy, losing out to Bills superstar\u00a0quarterback<\/a>\u00a0Josh Allen<\/a>, who won the award for the first time in his career.<\/p>\n

Former NFL quarterback and current Sirius XM host Jim Miller made waves after his vote was released. Most had Jackson or Allen No. 1 on their ballots, with the other being runner-up.<\/p>\n
