The Chiefs did not fare well during Sunday\u2019s 40-22 loss to the Eagles in Super Bowl LIX, and head coach\u00a0Andy Reid<\/a> acknowledged that when speaking with the media after the game.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>\u00a0wanted to make history with back-to-back-to-back championships, but Super Bowl LIX was dominated by the Philadelphia Eagles, who won the game 40-22.<\/p>\n

It was never a contest.<\/p>\n

Starting the second half, the Philadelphia Eagles were leading 24-0 and never looked back, as the lead would eventually balloon to 34-0 in the third quarter.<\/p>\n
