Manziel has been open about his struggles with\u00a0<span data-track-module=\"internal-body-link\">depression<\/span>\u00a0and substance abuse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">But the news is surprising given that in December, they shared a steamy video of them both in a bathtub.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">It was Canseco who uploaded it to social media to celebrate Manziel&#8217;s 32nd birthday.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">She captioned the footage: &#8216;A love like you.
