The\u00a0Baltimore Ravens<\/a>\u00a0had a star-studded squad during the 2024 season, with\u00a0Lamar Jackson<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Derrick Henry<\/a>\u00a0headlining a 12-5 campaign.<\/p>\n

They made some key additions in the offseason before, which led to a strong regular season, though the club fell short in the playoffs once again.<\/p>\n

Jackson and Henry took Baltimore to the Divisional Round of the playoffs, where they suffered a heartbreaking 27-25 loss to the\u00a0Buffalo Bills<\/a>.<\/p>\n

While the Ravens didn’t meet their expectation of winning a\u00a0Super Bowl<\/a>\u00a0— which went to the\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles<\/a>, who dominated the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>\u00a0in the big game — they had quite a few bright spots.<\/p>\n

The squad’s secondary was poor. They allowed many big plays and opposing quarterbacks had a field day against the Ravens. Still, rookie cornerback Nate Wiggins was superb during his inaugural\u00a0NFL<\/a> campaign.<\/p>\n

The Clemson product had a shaky start to his season, though he picked up form in the latter half of the campaign. He is the first to admit that pass interference penalties were an issue early on.<\/p>\n

\u201cEarly on, there were a lot of PIs (pass interference penalties),\u201d Wiggins\u00a0said<\/a>. \u201cBut as the season went on, I got better. Now, I feel comfortable heading into my second year, and I\u2019m ready to go.\u201d<\/p>\n
