Brittany Mahomes\u00a0is making sure that her daughter Sterling\u2019s 4th birthday is one to remember!<\/p>\n

On Thursday, Feb. 20, the mom of three, 29, shared behind-the-scenes photos of her eldest daughter\u2019s birthday celebration. One of the uploads shared to her Instagram Stories included an up-close shot of the extravagant flamingo cake.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\n

The unique treat was decked out with pink frosting and featured two flamingo props on top. It also included pink candles, green life-like leaves, a golden 4, and a message that read, \u201cHappy Birthday Sterling.\u201d<\/p>\n

For the little one\u2019s special day, she was treated to what appeared to be a pool party. In another Instagram Stories photo, Sterling posed on an inflatable flamingo inside of a pool wearing a matching falmngo swimsuit.<\/p>\n

Earlier that day, Brittany and husband Patrick Mahomes shared a\u00a0touching joint tribute\u00a0to their \u201clittle girl,\u201d alongside a series of photos of Sterling.<\/p>\n

\u201cSterling Skye is 4!,\u201d her caption began. \u201cThis sweetest, most kind little girl ever! I thank god everyday for choosing me to be your mom, you have taught me so much about life and what matters most and I truly am so thankful you made me a mama! You are the best big sister to Golden & Bronze and they are so lucky to have you guiding them\ud83e\udd79 your Mom and Dad love you beyond and more\ud83e\udd0d keep being you baby girl!!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Sterling also marked her special day with a brand-new hairstyle. \u201cHair day for the Birthday Girl,\u201d Brittany wrote, alongside a photo of Sterling\u2019s braided ponytail that included portions of pink hair extensions.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Sterling received\u00a0her first haircut. Brittany documented the special moment with a photo of the then-3-year-old\u2019s curls lying on the floor.<\/p>\n

In addition to Sterling, Brittany and Patrick also share son\u00a0Patrick “Bronze”, 2, and daughter\u00a0Golden Raye, whom they welcomed on Jan. 12.<\/p>\n

During a press conference that same month, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, 29, said he and Brittany were \u201cgood with three for right now,” when talking about their family size.<\/p>\n
