A passenger jet was forced to make an emergency landing shortly after takeoff after getting hit in the air.<\/p>\n

The aviation industry hasn\u2019t had the best start to 2025, with grim incidents occurring every week.<\/p>\n

The United States experienced its worst disaster since November 2001 after a military helicopter flew into a commercial flight over the Potomac River last month. Another major incident took place this week, with an airplane flipping over after landing at the Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday.<\/p>\n

Just days later, a LATAM Airlines flight had to make an emergency stop after hitting a bird and taking significant damage. The Airbus A321 had just taken off from Galeao Airport in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, when pilots experienced a bird strike.<\/p>\n

Officials revealed that only one bird smashed into the front of the plane, yet it left a massive hole.<\/p>\n
