A strange new twist has emerged following news that the\u00a0Philadelphia Eagles\u00a0rejected an invitation to visit the White House.<\/p>\n

The Eagles stopped the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs\u00a0from achieving a\u00a0Super Bowl\u00a0three-peat earlier this month, beating them 40-22 in the big game. It\u2019s been suggested that they will not visit the President\u2019s official residence as they still hold a grudge from 2018, but TMZ is now reporting that they have not actually been invited.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Philadelphia Eagles have not formally rejected a visit to the White House \u2026 that\u2019s because an invitation hasn\u2019t been extended yet, TMZ Sports has learned,\u201d<\/em>\u00a0the outlet notes<\/a>.<\/p>\n
