Last season, the former\u00a0Cincinnati Bearcats\u00a0player caught 97 passes for 823 yards receiving and three touchdowns, along with averaging 8.5 yards per reception. Travis Kelce has been to five Super Bowls with Kansas City and has won three titles. Many wondered if he would be finished in the NFL, especially because of his relationship with\u00a0Taylor Swift.<\/p>\n

For the people who wanted Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift to leave the NFL, well they are not going to get their wish for now. Chiefs general manager\u00a0Brett Veach\u00a0mentioned at the NFL Draft Combine that Kelce is \u201cfired up\u201d about entering the final year of his contract and potentially returning to the Chiefs for the 2025 NFL season.<\/p>\n

Veach also added:<\/p>\n

\u201cWe left it as, he\u2019d be back and we\u2019re excited to get him back and get him going.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This is a very interesting surprise. Many thought that Kelce would just retire after 2024, but it appears as if he wants to give the 2025 season another shot. However, it feels like he has nothing to prove left in his NFL career.<\/p>\n
