The future of the\u00a0Kansas City Royals\u00a0and\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs<\/a>\u00a0has been a hot topic for some time.<\/p>\n

Last year, Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly signed legislation that will help both professional sports teams pay for new stadiums if they indeed decide to change locations.<\/p>\n

The Chiefs have always intended to remain at Arrowhead Stadium, but all signs continue to point to them playing elsewhere.<\/p>\n

A new report states the Chiefs are leaning towards a move to Kansas, which is gaining momentum.<\/p>\n

The report goes on to state that, should the Kansas City Chiefs pursue that direction, ground will most likely have been broken in the state of Kansas around November 2025.<\/p>\n
