Heading into the NFL offseason, the\u00a0Baltimore Ravens\u00a0are motivated to figure out how to get over the hump in the AFC chase.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Looking ahead to the 2025 season, the Ravens will be fighting with elite contenders like the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills. What both of those teams have in common is elite quarterback play.<\/p>\n

For Baltimore, getting after both Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen will be key. Putting pressure on an opposing quarterback is a huge part of finding defensive success. That is an area that the Ravens could and should look to improve during the offseason.<\/p>\n

<\/span>With that in mind, the Baltimore Ravens have been urged to consider pursuing a major offseason trade.<\/p>\n

Baltimore Ravens Urged to Pull Off Huge Trade for Veteran Pass Rusher<\/h2>\n

Enzo Flojo of ClutchPoints.com\u00a0has suggested a very intriguing trade option for the Ravens. He thinks that Baltimore should look to acquire\u00a0Jadeveon Clowney\u00a0from the Carolina Panthers.<\/p>\n

Of course, the Baltimore Ravens had Clowney playing for them during the 2023 season.<\/p>\n

<\/span>Not only did Flojo suggest that the Ravens should pursue a trade for Clowney, he also offered up an idea of what that trade could end up looking like.<\/p>\n

Carolina Panthers Receive: 2025 Fifth-Round Pick<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/span>That price tag would be well worth it for Baltimore. They would be getting a legitimate impact player for a fifth round pick. It doesn\u2019t get much better than that.<\/p>\n

During the 2024 NFL season with the Panthers, Clowney ended up playing in 14 games. He racked up 46 tackles, 5.5 sacks, and four defended passes. In 2023 with the Ravens, he totaled 43 tackles, 9.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and five defended passes.<\/p>\n

At 32 years old, Clowney would be a win now move. The Baltimore Ravens would be going all-in on trying to win a Super Bowl in 2025 with this kind of addition.<\/p>\n
