The little one panted as she ran on a toy treadmill while wearing a pink outfit and white shoes, her hair up in a bun.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cNice!\u201d Brittany said from behind the camera as Sterling paused for a break. \u201cYou\u2019re out of breath? Oh, man.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the subsequent slide, Sterling lifted foam weights as her mom told her to \u201cget it, girl.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brittany gushed, \u201cMan, you\u2019re doing legs and arms at the same time. Your legs are tired, too? Wow. Pretty good.\u201d<\/p>\n

When the former soccer player asked, \u201cWho taught you how to do that?\u201d Sterling replied, \u201cMom and Dad.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brittany and Patrick, both 29,\u00a0welcomed Sterling\u00a0in February 2021,\u00a0followed by son Bronze, 2, and\u00a0daughter Golden, 2 months, in November 2022 and January 2025, respectively.<\/p>\n

Between babies No. 1 and 2, the high school sweethearts\u00a0tied the knot in Hawaii.<\/p>\n

Since stepping off the field, she frequently documents her at-home gym workouts on social media.<\/p>\n

While\u00a0pregnant at the start of the year\u00a0\u2014 with her youngest child\u00a0due \u201cany day\u201d\u00a0\u2014 Brittany filmed herself\u00a0exercising with Sterling and Bronze\u00a0close by.<\/p>\n
