President Donald Trump continues to heap praise on Kansas City Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes’ family because, well, they voted for him.<\/div>\n

In Donald Trump’s continually narcissistic world view, it’s as simple as liking him means he likes you.<\/p>\n

Enter the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs. Even though the President predicted they would win\u00a0Super Bowl\u00a0LIX, he is remaining a rabid fan because, well, the Chiefs voted for him. From Christian conservative kicker Harrison Butker to\u00a0Patrick Mahomes’ mother and wife – Randi and Brittany –\u00a0Trump is not wavering from the Chiefs being his favorite\u00a0NFL team.<\/p>\n

Last weekend, Trump spoke to\u00a0OutKick\u2019s Clay Travis\u00a0and spoke glowingly about the Mahomes family.<\/p>\n

“I love those two women \u2013 they\u2019re so great,” Trump said. “And they\u2019re so loyal. They\u2019re so great. I met Patrick\u2019s mother at the game, before the game started she came over.\u00a0And Brittany, I\u2019ve seen so much of Brittany, just being so loyal and beautiful. It\u2019s really nice.”<\/p>\n

Though it would be productive for Trump – as President of the United States – to praise someone who doesn’t support him politically in an act of uniting the country, that’s another story for another day.<\/p>\n

Randi has been the most outwardly vocal Trump loyalist.\u00a0During the Chiefs\u2019 Monday night game before Election Day, she showed her support\u00a0by wearing a “Make America Great Again” hat in her box at\u00a0Arrowhead\u00a0Stadium. Brittany then set the Internet ablaze by “liking” a “Trump-Vance 2024” post.<\/p>\n

“I mean honestly, To be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood,” she wrote. “There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”<\/p>\n
