The owner of the Baltimore Ravens is tired of being the bridesmaid in the AFC and wants to get over the hump and win the Super Bowl.<\/div>\n

Baltimore Ravens\u00a0owner Steve Bisciotti is ready to hoist the Vince Lombardi Trophy again. He wants to get back to the\u00a0Super Bowl\u00a0so bad he can literally taste it.<\/p>\n

After making the playoffs six of the last seven seasons, the Ravens season has either ended against the\u00a0Buffalo Bills\u00a0or the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs. He wants to get over the hump, replace the Chiefs as the AFC Champions and represent the conference in the Super Bowl.<\/p>\n

“I want to win now,” Bisciotti said,\u00a0via the team’s website, from the\u00a0NFL\u00a0annual league meeting. “I want to win with these guys.”<\/p>\n

Baltimore\u00a0has lost six of its last nine playoff games, at times due to All-World\u00a0quarterback\u00a0Lamar Jackson’s struggles and other times through cruel twists of fate. The Ravens have lost twice times in the Wild Card game since 2018 despite largely being favored.<\/p>\n

Last season they lost at\u00a0Buffalo\u00a0in the Divisional Round.<\/p>\n

Despite Jackson’s playoff troubles, Bisciotti believes the two-time NFL Most Valuable Player can be like Moses and lead the Ravens to the mountaintop.<\/p>\n

“We’ve got a window with Lamar,” Bisciotti said. “I know what we can do. I know that we worked to put ourselves in a position to win, We all get credit for that. That’s all you can do.<\/p>\n

“I hate it that every year, you just have to start back over again. But you know what? This is not for the meek.”<\/p>\n

Bisciotti further said he wants to win a title for Jackson and some of the other veterans and front office staff who have shown out during their tenure with the Ravens.<\/p>\n

“I don’t look at Lamar singularly, I want it for Ronnie Stanley. I want it for Marlon Humphrey. It just doesn’t stop with Lamar, I want it for [general manager] Eric DeCosta.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
