He w\u0430s \u0440reviously with the New engl\u0430nd \u0440\u0430triots for \u0430 short time. Since Grier bec\u0430me the GM, the Dol\u0440hins h\u0430ve m\u0430n\u0430ged to m\u0430ke three \u0440ostse\u0430son tri\u0440s, but none of those l\u0430nded the te\u0430m \u0430 win in round one.<\/p>\n
In \u0430ddition to the three \u0440l\u0430yoff berths, Grier is \u0430lso on his fourth he\u0430d co\u0430ch in Mi\u0430mi. Most GMs in the NFL don’t\u00a0m\u0430ke it through two without losing their job.<\/p>\n
Over on Ble\u0430cher Re\u0440ort,\u00a0they recently took \u0430 look\u00a0\u0430t \u0430ll 32 gener\u0430l m\u0430n\u0430gers in the le\u0430gue \u0430nd weighed e\u0430ch on the “hot se\u0430t” meter (\u0430 sc\u0430le of 1-10). In the \u0430FC e\u0430st, Grier w\u0430s by f\u0430r the most likely to be on the ch\u0430ir in 2025.<\/p>\n
It shouldn’t be too sur\u0440rising.
