The dwelling in\u00a0Tyler, TX, has been listed for sale by Mahomes\u2019 mom,\u00a0Randi<\/strong>, who made the decision to offload the property after Patrick and his brother,\u00a0Jackson<\/strong>, surprised her with\u00a0a brand-new $825,000 abode back in March.<\/p>\n

Mahomes, 29, teamed up with his wife,\u00a0Brittany<\/strong>, 29, and Jackson, 24, to gift Randi the newly constructed, four-bedroom house.<\/p>\n

After adjusting to life in her new pad, Randi has decided the time is right to bid farewell to her sons\u2019 childhood home, which boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms.<\/p>\n

The home, which was put on the market two days ago, was purchased in 2006 for an undisclosed amount.<\/p>\n

For the past two decades, Randi and her family have filled the property with heartwarming memories\u2014with one image shared with Realtor.com revealing the spot where Patrick, Jackson, and Mia\u2019s height measurements were measured on a doorframe.<\/p>\n

While it\u2019s understood that this will be removed from the property before it is sold in order to serve as a sentimental reminder of the family\u2019s time living at the dwelling, there are plenty of other special touches to enjoy throughout.<\/p>\n

Inside, the three bedrooms feature carpet flooring and large windows.<\/p>\n

There is also a chic kitchen that comes complete with a marble countertop and grey cabinetry.<\/p>\n

\u201cInside, you\u2019ll love the beautifully updated kitchen featuring new countertops, a stylish backsplash, KitchenAid appliances, and modern lighting that\u2019s perfect for hosting friends and family.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe home also boasts refreshed showers, a spacious backyard, and is located within the sought-after Whitehouse school district.\u201d<\/p>\n

The listing of her son\u2019s childhood home comes after she was surprised with a new home by her sons and daughter-in-law.<\/p>\n

At the time, the 52-year-old took to\u00a0Instagram\u00a0to reveal her shock and awe over the heartfelt gift, thanking her sons and her daughter-in-law for \u201cthis incredible blessing,\u201d while sharing several images of herself posing outside the four-bedroom abode.<\/p>\n

\u201cHome is where the heart is\u2014and my heart is full! Beyond grateful for my amazing family\u00a0and my grandbabies for this incredible blessing,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

In one of the photos, Randi can be seen standing outside her new front door, posing with the keys in her hands\u2014while the other image captures a full view of the property, as well as the perfectly manicured lawn that surrounds the front path to the door.<\/p>\n

The home, which was completed only this year, has fresh flower beds lining the exterior front wall, while two newly planted trees line the path to the front door from the road.<\/p>\n

Jackson, who works primarily as a social media influencer, chimed in in the comments section of the post to write, \u201cLove you momma.\u201d<\/p>\n

Property records indicate that the home, which was listed in February, is pending sale. However, the land on which the newly built dwelling sits was purchased in 2023.<\/p>\n

The new home boasts a formal dining room, a butler\u2019s pantry, and a primary suite with a spa bathroom complete with a floating tub.<\/p>\n

Randi later took to her Instagram Stories to share more details about the big reveal, dubbing it the \u201csurprise of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Although Patrick lives primarily in Belton, MO, where he, Brittany, and their three children reside in a custom-built megamansion on a staggering 8 acres, Martin hails from Texas, where she raised her two sons.<\/p>\n

Today, Randi dubs herself the \u201cQB producer\u201d on her website, a nod to Mahomes, who has quickly risen to become one of the most successful players in recent NFL history, delivering three Super Bowl championships.<\/p>\n

Patrick, who was selected by the Chiefs in 2017, brought the team to its first Super Bowl appearance in 50 years in the 2019 season, claiming a win against the\u00a0San Francisco 49ers<\/strong>. In 2023, he and Brittany placed their modest abode on the market for $2.9 million. They sold it later in the year for an undisclosed price.<\/p>\n

While he let go of one of his homes in\u00a0Kansas City, MO, Patrick still owns his two-bedroom\u00a0penthouse there from his bachelor days. He picked up the place in 2018 and attempted to sell it in 2019 for $485,000. The 1,800-square-foot unit comes with a roof deck.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Texas\u00a0native also owns an off-season mansion in\u00a0Westlake, TX.\u00a0The four-bedroom, 7,800-square-foot estate on a half-acre lot comes with lots of baller perks: a wine room, a family room with a gas fireplace, and an outdoor space with a gas fireplace, grill grotto, lounging area with a fire pit, large pool, tan deck, and spa.<\/p>\n
