The 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end, who is currently dating\u00a0Taylor Swift, couldn\u2019t help but express his admiration for the lead actress from the hit 1993 film,\u00a0The Sandlot,\u00a0<\/em>during the May 14 episode of\u00a0New Heights<\/em>.<\/p>\n As Travis and his older brother,\u00a0Jason Kelce, prepare to rewatch and review the baseball classic, the two brothers discussed the role of Wendy Peffercorn (Marley Shelton) \u2014 the lifeguard idolized by Squints (Chauncey Leopardi) in the film.<\/p>\n \u201cVery overrated, by the way, right?\u201d Jason, 37, asked his brother.<\/p>\n \u201cNo, she was so hot!\u201d Travis declared.<\/p>\n \u201cI think she was just hot because she was the only woman at maturity they show the entire friggin’ movie besides the mom,\u201d Jason quipped. \u201cIf you\u2019re comparing her to the catcher, yeah, of course she\u2019s gonna be hot.\u201d<\/p>\n But Travis was convinced that his childhood crush would hold up over time, telling his brother, \u201cYou\u2019re gonna watch it and be like, \u2018Alright, she was hot.\u2019 \u201c<\/p>\n Jason, who is married to\u00a0Kylie Kelce, jokingly insisted, \u201cWe\u2019re gonna judge you, actress that played Wendy Peffercorn,\u201d with Travis chiming in, \u201cI already know you\u2019re hot.\u201d<\/p>\n Notably, Wendy Peffercorn\u2019s most iconic scene in the film sees her wearing a cherry red swimsuit with matching red lips and white sunglasses. Add with her blonde hair, she\u2019s a dead ringer for Swift, 35, who is known for (and has many a lyric about) her red lipstick. The pop star also had a particular penchant for white sunglasses during her\u00a01989<\/em>\u00a0years.<\/p>\n Travis and the \u201cLover\u201d singer first started dating in 2023. Swift has since shown her unwavering support of the NFL star by attending many of his games, often wearing that\u00a0signature red lip.<\/p>\n During the NFL off-season and in the wake of Swift\u2019s record-breaking\u00a0Eras tour wrapping up in late 2024, the couple have been spending time together out of the spotlight.<\/p>\n “They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it,”\u00a0a source told PEOPLE\u00a0in April. “They are making the most of their time off together.
