If you felt like Brian Schottenheimer hire this offseason was a little underwhelming, don’t be too hard on yourself: literally every person on the planet agreed. So in that sense, you know ball. Hopefully that helps?<\/div>\n

Since then, though, there have been glimpses of what Jerry was thinking when he \u2013 and definitely other people in the Cowboys’ front office, totally \u2013 decided to hire Schottenheimer. The latest has nothing to do with football, which is how you know things are going well in Dallas.<\/p>\n

On Thursday morning, the Cowboy’s official X account released some behind-the-scenes footage into … whatever it is they’re doing this offseason. They’re in a golf cart, that much we know. But they’re not actually playing golf? I don’t know, it’s weird. What’s more important is that Micah Parsons, CeeDee Lamb, and Schottenheimer are all riffing, which is exactly what we need to see from the Cowboys’ stars and the new head coach going into this season.<\/p>\n

It’s the type of video that’s totally pointless and will still be dissected into a million pieces for all the wrong reasons, which is almost exclusively the Cowboys’ lane. I don’t see any videos of Dan Quinn or Nick Sirianni being this cool, just sayin’.<\/p>\n
