The Gossip Girl alum, 37 – who is\u00a0currently embroiled in legal drama\u00a0with\u00a0Justin Baldoni\u00a0– jumped to her Instagram stories to applaud\u00a0Rob McElhenney\u00a0and his wife\u00a0Kaitlin Olson\u00a0on their latest\u00a0Variety cover\u00a0which dropped on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

The actress gushed about the Hollywood pair amid her fallout with Swift after the singer was recently subpoenaed in the ongoing and publicized lawsuit with Baldoni.<\/p>\n

Explosive claims also emerged that Blake threatened to release texts\u00a0from the\u00a0Grammy\u00a0winner – and Kelce notably made the move of unfollowing\u00a0Ryan Reynolds\u00a0amid the drama.<\/p>\n

Along with sharing a photo of Rob and Kaitlin posing for a snap for the publication, Lively penned in the caption: ‘The smartest, kindest, most talented couple.<\/p>\n

During their joint interview with Variety, McElhenney and Olson briefly shared their support to their A-list friends amid the Baldoni legal battle.<\/p>\n

‘It’s just our way of staying connected and navigating something together,’ Rob told the outlet.\u00a0‘And also me giving and showing as much support as I possibly can with all the other stuff that he’s got going on, that I know is so difficult and challenging.<\/p>\n

‘We both are just trying to offer our support in any way that we can that doesn\u2019t just simply add oxygen to the fire.’<\/p>\n

The It’s Always Sunny In Philadelphia briefly discussed his friendship with Reynolds and expressed to\u00a0People\u00a0back in 2023, ‘I consider him one of my closest friends, and I didn’t even know him three years ago.’<\/p>\n

McElhenney added that Ryan was a ‘kind and generous soul, and somebody you can rely on.’<\/p>\n

He later reflected, ‘Our families have grown incredibly close, and even though we live on opposite coasts, we feel like we’re right next to each other.’<\/p>\n
