So many of the the rumors that are connecting cornerback Jalen Ramsey to high-profile destinations like the\u00a0Dallas Cowboys<\/a>\u00a0seem …<\/p>\n

Well, made up.<\/p>\n

Yes, we’re looking at you, ESPN.<\/p>\n

But what about an exploration about whether the\u00a0Baltimore Ravens\u00a0could make a trade work with the\u00a0Miami Dolphins?<\/p>\n

And most importantly, what about a specific motivation for doing so?<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Ravens\u00a0have a habit of having brought in an army of veterans with the hopes of getting themselves over the hump. From Calais Campbell to Odell Beckham Jr., Justin Houston to\u00a0Derrick Henry, Baltimore has become a preferred landing spot for many talents who aren\u2019t necessarily at the peak of their powers.<\/p>\n

And in some cases – Henry being the best example – their “peak” is re-discovered.<\/p>\n

That could happen here with Dolphins star Jalen Ramsey, as Miami is trying to trade-dump him.<\/p>\n

There is the financial side here that is problematic. Ramsey is on a $72 million contract – yes, that’s the contract they just signed him to last year. … which has four years remaining, including $24 million for the 2025 campaign.<\/p>\n
