A year later, Swift stepped into the picture, making headlines when she cheered on the\u00a0Kansas City Chiefs\u00a0tight end at his September 2023 game against the\u00a0Chicago Bears.<\/p>\n<p>Since then, the couple\u2019s relationship has captured the public\u2019s imagination. Rather than responding with bitterness, Nicole delivered a grounded and surprisingly supportive take.<\/p>\n<section class=\"wp-block-group check-this-out has-xs-padding-top has-sm-padding-bottom\" data-content-name=\"Check This Out\" data-track-content=\"\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-secondary-color has-alpha-channel-opacity has-secondary-background-color has-background is-style-wide\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<p><strong><em>\u201cI want to say that it\u2019s really beautiful that you have the capacity to acknowledge that his new girl is hot,\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>she\u00a0said.\u00a0<strong><em>\u201cAs a woman, something that we struggle with is admitting that the new girl might be popping. She might be the s***. All I\u2019m saying is, if I\u2019m gonna lose, I want to lose to the best team now.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>She encouraged her listener, and likely many women tuning in, to reframe heartbreak with dignity and perspective.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\u201cIt\u2019s so much worse if the guy you loved goes and starts [dating] a dud. Now you look stupid, he looks stupid, we all look stupid,<\/strong><\/em>\u201d Nicole said.<strong><em>\u00a0\u201cKudos to you for acknowledging she\u2019s hot. Give her her flowers. The reality is, them over there, whatever they\u2019re doing is their business. They deserve love as much as you do.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicole\u2019s thoughtful words come at a time when Swift herself is celebrating a significant personal milestone. In a message to fans, Swift revealed she now owns her entire music catalog, having acquired the rights from Shamrock Capital.
