Last week, Brittany Mahomes brought daughter Sterling onto the field to catch Patrick Mahomes in action in the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Los Angeles Chargers<\/p>\n

Patrick Mahomes\u00a0is opening up about a very special moment with his little girl.<\/p>\n

The football star appeared on Monday\u2019s episode of\u00a0The Drive\u00a0<\/em>on Audacy\u2019s 610 Sports Radio where he shared his reaction to seeing daughter\u00a0Sterling on the NFL field\u00a0for the first time.<\/p>\n

During the Kansas City Chiefs game against the Los Angeles Chargers last Thursday,\u00a0Brittany Mahomes\u00a0brought the couple\u2019s 18-month-old daughter onto the field to surprise the quarterback.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s been in the stadium before, but she was very young and sat in the back and didn\u2019t really know what was going on,\u201d Patrick explained. \u201cThis is the first time she actually got to be on the field.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt was past her bedtime, that\u2019s why I didn\u2019t expect her to be at the game, but it was cool to see her on the field before the game,\u201d he added. \u201cShe had to leave pretty quickly because she got real tired, real fast.\u201d<\/p>\n

\nPregnant Brittany Mahomes Brings Daughter on NFL Field for First Time to Surprise Patrick Mahomes<\/p>\n

Brittany, who will welcome a baby boy with her NFL star husband early next year, documented the sweet father-daughter moment on Instagram last week.<\/p>\n

\u201cSter girl stayed up past her bedtime to surprise her Daddy!! Her first time on the field to see him,\u201d Brittany shared in an Instagram carousel caption with photos from the night.<\/p>\n

Along with a few cute photos, the gallery included a short video that showed Patrick coming over to the two, surprised to see his little girl. He gave Sterling a kiss, then Brittany, before jogging back onto the field.<\/p>\n

The soon-to-be mom of two also posted a photo of her bump in a red dress with a yellow purse leaning against it, simply writing, \u201cBumpin.\u201d<\/p>\n

The announcement of the newest addition to the family came two months after Brittany and Patrick\u00a0got married in Hawaii\u00a0following\u00a0their initial engagement\u00a0in September 2020. They met while attending Whitehouse High School in Whitehouse, Texas.<\/p>\n
