It\u2019s easy to think of Joe Milton as a traditional pocket quarterback. The new\u00a0D<\/a>allas Cowboys\u00a0backup is a mammoth of a human being at 6-foot-5 and 246 pounds.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s not just built like a pocket passer either, with\u00a0Milton possessing a rocket arm. His size and power are deceiving, however, as Milton possesses otherworldly athleticism.<\/p>\n

Milton recently went viral for\u00a0doing a backflip at a Cowboys\u2019 practice. As if that wasn\u2019t impressive enough, new video is making the rounds of him performing the flip in full gear.<\/p>\n
