Police had responded to reports that shots were fired outside the venue, which led them to briefly detain Brown before releasing him with no charges.<\/p>\n<p>New details from police allege that Brown was involved, with police now seeking his arrest.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"tagStyle_1mfvp8o-o_O-style_mxvz7o-o_O-style_12bse5w-o_O-style_6s3kpz\" data-mm-id=\"_pwqomysdg\">Antonio Brown Accused of Shooting at Man After Altercation<\/h2>\n<p data-mm-id=\"_pwqomysdg\">As\u00a0Mike McDaniel of SI.com\u00a0reported, Brown was accused of fighting with another man and then taking a gun from a security officer. Brown is then accused of running toward the man he had fought.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tagStyle_1mfvp8o-o_O-style_mxvz7o-o_O-style_12bse5w-o_O-style_6s3kpz\" data-mm-id=\"_8qc2nsytv\">\u201cThe victim told authorities that Brown ran toward him with a firearm and shot at him twice,\u201d McDaniel reported. \u201cThe victim and Brown struggled over the weapon until authorities arrived on the scene. The victim was later treated for injuries and released from the hospital.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-mm-id=\"_8qc2nsytv\">Police had initially detained Brown at the scene, but he did not have a weapon on him at the time.<\/p>\n<p data-mm-id=\"_8qc2nsytv\">After several All-Pro seasons with the Steelers, Brown\u2019s NFL career unraveled near the end as he endured controversy and suspensions. He last played in the 2021 season, leaving the field during a Tampa Bay Buccaneers game and quitting the team.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 data-mm-id=\"_8qc2nsytv\">Brown Had Opened Up on Alleged Shooting<\/h2>\n<p>Brown had already spoken out on the May shooting, taking to social media afterward to refute reports that he had been arrested. At the time, Brown claimed that a group of people tried to attack and rob him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRegarding the boxing event that happened last night. I was jumped by multiple individuals who tried to steal my jewelry and cause physical harm to me,\u201d Brown said in a\u00a0post on X. \u201cContrary to some video circulating, Police temporarily detained me until they received my side of the story and then released me. I WENT HOME THAT NIGHT AND WAS NOT ARRESTED.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bronw added that he planned on pressing charges against the people he claimed had attacked and attempted to rob him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI will be talking to my legal (counsel) and attorneys on pressing charges on the individuals that jumped me. Thank you for the support and love #AB#84.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brown has been in legal trouble in the past, including a 2023 arrest on charges of unpaid child support. As\u00a0Local 10 News\u00a0reported at the time, Brown was released on $15,000 bond.
