No other way to put it.<\/p>\n<p>Sam Williams Sr. tore his ACL and partially tore his MCL last July 28 \u2014 just days into\u00a0Dallas Cowboys\u00a0training camp. Fast-forward less than a year, and he just posted the second-fastest speed on the team during mandatory minicamp: 21.4 miles per hour.<\/p>\n<p>Only\u00a0CeeDee Lamb\u00a0ran faster (21.9 mph), and he\u2019s, you know\u2026 built to run fast. Williams? Williams is 30 pounds heavier \u2014 and coming off knee surgery.<\/p>\n<p>And yet somehow, he\u2019s still maybe the third or fourth most dangerous pass rusher on this Cowboys team.<\/p>\n<p>Micah Parsons is the best edge rusher in football. Donovan Ezeiruaku, the most prolific pass rusher in college last year (17.5 sacks), is waiting to explode.
