Browns star Myles Garrett provided his words of support for Micah Parsons as the Cowboys’ star cornerback progresses in contract talks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Micah Parsons\u00a0is in the middle of\u00a0contract talks with the Dallas Cowboys. He has significant support from a fellow colleague in Cleveland Browns star\u00a0Myles Garrett.<\/p>\n

Parsons has been present at the Cowboys’ minicamp practices as they gear up for the upcoming 2025 NFL season. Regardless, the star cornerback seeks a contract that will pay him what he deserves as one of the best in the league.<\/p>\n

Garrett had his contract negotiations with the Browns\u00a0this offseason. It seemed he was on the brink of going to another team until Cleveland gave him the contract he looked for as one of the best defenders in the NFL.<\/p>\n

Garrett fully understands the situation Parsons is going through, according to DLLS Sports’ Abby Jones. He hopes that his\u00a0colleague will get the contract\u00a0he is looking for.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think he deserves whatever he\u2019s earned,\u201d Garrett said. \u201cI mean, the guy is special; I got the chance to train with him, I\u2019ve seen his work ethic, I\u2019ve seen how he attacks the weights, running. He\u2019s 100% committed to his craft and getting better every day, and [he\u2019s] someone who produces on the field and has that dedication to the game. He should get every penny he\u2019s owed.\u201d<\/p>\n
