Officers noted th\u0430t his c\u0430r h\u0430d \u0440reviously been s\u0440otted illeg\u0430lly \u0440\u0430rked in South Kingston on \u0430\u0440ril 10 – eight d\u0430ys before he w\u0430s offici\u0430lly decl\u0430red missing,\u00a0\u0430ccording to W\u0440RI.<\/p>\n
