The\u00a0NFL\u00a0world has now known for two months that the\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0are looking to trade Jalen Ramsey, but no deal has been made yet.<\/p>\n

Ramsey did not appear at organized team activities (OTAs) or mandatory\u00a0minicamp, and it would be a surprise at this point if he showed up for training camp next month.<\/p>\n

Now, Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio says you\u00a0may not see a deal made\u00a0until after the regular season begins, or at least until a notable injury takes place.<\/p>\n

“The fact that a trade hasn\u2019t happened proves that it\u2019s not going smoothly,” Florio said. “Ultimately, the Dolphins may have to wait for someone with another team to get injured before a true market for Ramsey\u2019s contract will materialize.”<\/p>\n

The only team that has been linked as a possible trade partner is the\u00a0L<\/a>os Angeles Rams, and head coach\u00a0Sean McVay\u00a0was bullish on a potential deal.<\/p>\n
