We can argue that the\u00a0Pittsburgh Steelers\u00a0don’t have a glaring need at cornerback.<\/p>\n

But what if they can get an upgrade – a big one – at the right price?<\/p>\n

The hated Ravens did just that this week by signing corner Jaire Alexander to be their second boundary corner opposite Nate Wiggins. It\u2019s a move that pushes them towards a\u00a0Super Bowl\u00a0… and it will cost them just $4 million in base salary.<\/p>\n

What about a trade for\u00a0Miami Dolphins\u00a0corner Jalen Ramsey, Steelers?<\/p>\n

Ramsey is 29 years old. He’s got 24 interceptions in 135 games, so he’s a ballhawk. Miami wants to dump him rather than pay him and so a trade is coming.<\/p>\n

One report claims\u00a0\u201cRamsey would cost $9.9 million in cap space to acquire” (we’re not sure about that math) but insider Mark Kaboly is now suggesting another affordable aspect of this potential get. On\u00a0Kaboly + Mack<\/em>. In th, he talked of the Steelers getting Ramsey for a fifth-round pick.<\/p>\n
