Though still capable of brilliance, relying on him to carry the team through an 82-game season is becoming less realistic.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tagStyle_16dbupz-o_O-style_mxvz7o-o_O-style_12bse5w-o_O-style_6s3kpz\" data-mm-id=\"_87fq2dabw\">While Redick has drawn comparisons to Ham due to the Lakers\u2019 similar record at this point in the season, there\u2019s a noticeable difference between the two coaches.<\/p>\n<p class=\"tagStyle_16dbupz-o_O-style_mxvz7o-o_O-style_12bse5w-o_O-style_6s3kpz\" data-mm-id=\"_clm89pxww\">Ham\u2019s tenure was marked by questionable in-game decisions, public criticisms of players, and a lack of accountability for the team\u2019s struggles. Those issues contributed to a late-season slide last year, dropping the Lakers out of the top six in the Western Conference standings.
