Kylie Kelce said it\u2019s been an \u201cabsolute free for all\u201d since her husband, Jason Kelce, retired from the NFL after 13 seasons and joined ESPN this past spring.<\/p>\n

In a Q&A with fans during the premiere episode of her\u00a0\u201cNot Gonna Lie\u201d podcast\u00a0on Thursday, Kylie explained that Jason is busier in retirement \u2014 while juggling roles as an NFL analyst, a co-host of the \u201cNew Heights\u201d podcast and a\u00a0soon-to-be late-night host on ESPN\u00a0\u2014 than he was while playing in the NFL.<\/p>\n

\u201cI see him less now in retirement than I did when he was playing football,\u201d said Kylie, who\u00a0is pregnant with the couple\u2019s fourth daughter. \u201cWe had a set schedule then. Now, it\u2019s an absolute free for all. He\u2019s working so hard and really grinding right now. So I just make sure that I\u2019m covered [with their daughters: Wyatt, 5, Elliotte 3, and Bennett, 1] and if that means he\u2019s at the house and someone else is there just to cover or make up the difference, then that\u2019s what we have going on.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kylie laughed when someone asked if Jason was going to watch their three daughters while she records her podcast each week.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I have to do something \u2014 coaching, something for the Eagles Autism Foundation, something for the podcast, a doctor\u2019s appointment even \u2014 I will schedule childcare,\u201d she said. \u201cMy husband can tell me 72 times that he\u2019s going to be in the house when I have to leave it, I will still schedule childcare. And it\u2019s not a knock on my husband. My husband is busier than he\u2019s ever been.\u201d<\/p>\n
