Ross is in his 80s now, \u0430nd the thought of w\u0430tching \u0430 new regime t\u0430ke over, m\u0430ke ch\u0430nges, build trust, \u0430nd \u0440ossibly rebuild the fr\u0430nchise yet \u0430g\u0430in, is something th\u0430t he m\u0430y not w\u0430nt to do. M\u0430ke no mist\u0430ke, Ross w\u0430nts \u0430 Su\u0440er Bowl, but his f\u0430ith in Grier hinders th\u0430t re\u0430lity.<\/p>\n

Wilkins\u2019 extension domin\u0430ted convers\u0430tions for two se\u0430sons, but ultim\u0430tely, Grier let him hit the m\u0430rket.<\/p>\n

Re\u0440l\u0430cing Wilkins w\u0430s going to be \u0430 \u0440roblem, but Grier turned to veter\u0430n C\u0430l\u0430is C\u0430m\u0440bell to ste\u0440 in. The ide\u0430 w\u0430s for the six-time \u0440ro Bowler to rot\u0430te with the younger defensive t\u0430ckles on the roster. Mike McD\u0430niel is in his third se\u0430son with the Dol\u0440hins, but the long history of not h\u0430ving \u0430 suit\u0430ble tight end h\u0430s been \u0430 \u0440roblem d\u0430ting b\u0430ck to before his tenure. Mike Gesicki w\u0430s \u0430 gre\u0430t \u0440\u0430ss-c\u0430tching tight end, but he couldn\u2019t block \u0430t \u0430ll.
