BREAKING: Walk-Off Grand Slam Baseball Sells For $1.56 Million At Auction

The Los Angeles Dodgers won their eighth World Series title in franchise history after defeating the New York Yankees in five games.

After an intense and dramatic victory in game one of the World Series, the Dodgers continued their timely hitting to win the series comfortably over the Yankees.

Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman led the way for the offense and won the World Series Most Valuable Player Award.

Freeman started the World Series with a bang in game one as he hit a walk-off grand slam in the 10th inning to propel the Dodgers to victory.

The ball that Freeman hit for his walk-off grand slam recently sold at auction for a ridiculous price.

According to Foul Territory on ‘X,’ Freeman’s World Series walk-off grand slam baseball sold for $1.56 million at auction.

Some lucky person will have a piece of Dodgers history after purchasing the baseball for $1.56 million.

Freeman had an impressive performance in the postseason, with his best series coming at the right time during the World Series.

In 13 games played during the playoffs, Freeman batted .250 with four home runs, 13 RBIs, and a .810 OPS.

All four of Freeman’s home runs came in the World Series, and he rightly won the World Series MVP.

The Dodgers do not appear satisfied with their World Series title in 2024.

They are making more moves this offseason to defend their title next season successfully.

If the Dodgers can win back-to-back titles, it will be the first time in franchise history that the team has done so.
