Carlos Alcaraz recently joined the illustrious list of tennis players who have donned the colors of the popular Argentinian powerhouse Boca Juniors. The legendary club has seen players such as Roger Federer, Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, and other stars rock their blue and gold in the past.
Alcaraz was all smiles as he rocked the colors of Boca Juniors during a traditional players vs. coaches match at his coach Juan Carlos Ferrero’s Academy. Though the young Spanish star is a die-hard Real Madrid fan, he has a good relationship with the Argentinian powerhouse club.
Tennis journalist Jose Morgado shared some images of the 21-year-old in the instantly recognizable Boca Juniors kit.

Roger Federer visited La Bombonera with Argentina’s beloved tennis star Juan Martin del Potro in 2012. They were joined by club and country legend Gabriel Batistuta.
Nadal and Djokovic faced each other in a penalty shootout at the very same stadium a year later. It was the Spaniard, whose phenomenal footballing skills are no secret, clinching a 3-1 win against the Serb.
Earlier this year, the World No. 3 enjoyed some time at La Bombonera, while he was in Argentina for the 250 tournament.
Alcaraz’s love for football is no secret. The Real Madrid fan had picked his dream 11 last year.

The midfield featured an illustrious list of maestros Zinedine Zidane, Andre Iniesta, and Luka Modric. Each player, well on their own, has proved over the years that they have the ability to dominate the center.
Finishing his lineup, Carlos Alcaraz selected a monstrous trio of Cristiano Ronaldo, on the left, Lionel Messi on the right, and Ronaldo Nazario up front to finish things off.
