Djokovic has made Marbella, on Spain’s Costa del Sol, his home base since 2020, when he purchased a nine-bedroom villa he previously rented during the lockdown. He and his wife Jelena shared glimpses of their life there during the pandemic.

Last year, Djokovic trained at an undisclosed academy in Marbella before starting his 2024 season at the United Cup. This year as well, the 37-year-old could be putting in training sessions in Marbella along with new coach Murray.

Djokovic and Murray have embarked on a coaching partnership since a month before the Serb kicks off his 2025 season at the Brisbane International.
