The Baltimore Ravens are headed into the final week of the regular season having already clinched a playoff spot.
Lamar Jackson and the Ravens currently stand at 11-5 on the season, riding a three-game win streak.
Before the Ravens close out the regular season against the Cleveland Browns in Week 18, the NFL announced significant news regarding Jackson.
On Thursday, Jackson was named to the NFL Pro Bowl.
He was one of three quarterbacks selected for the Pro Bowl in the AFC alongside Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow and Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen.
Jackson’s Pro Bowl selection is the fourth time he’s achieved this prestigious feat in his seven-year NFL career.
So far this season, Jackson has recorded 39 touchdowns, tied for No. 2 in the NFL and 3,955 yards, ranked No. 6 in the NFL. He’s playing at an extremely efficient rate in the process with a 67.9 completion percentage and just four interceptions on the year.
Jackson has also been a phenomenal weapon for the Ravens’ run game, producing four touchdowns and 852 yards on the ground.
The Ravens enter Week 18 as a massive 18-point favorite over the Browns, per ESPN BET. ESPN’s Matchup Predictor gives Jackson and Baltimore a whopping 89.8% chance to defeat the Browns in the final week of the regular season.
