“Different age levels think different things of him. I know all the young kids still love Fernando Tatis Jr. and they’ll even say they know that he got busted for PEDs. They don’t care. I think that most people that are in San Diego look at him and think well, I don’t know man seems like he cheated,” Plouffe said.
Trevor Plouffe Agrees That Fernando Tatis Jr. Has Undeniable Talent
Plouffe believes that fans have moved past Tatis’ controversial past. Furthermore, he agrees that Tatis has undeniable talent when it comes to playing baseball.
“My personal opinion on him. Love watching the guy play the talent is undeniable, but I can’t shake the PED allegations,” Plouffe continued.
The former slugger is a fan of Tatis, but what’s happened in the past is done. Plouffe also believes that Tatis will need to get back to pre-PED numbers. He also mentioned that guys playing with PEDs pisses him off.
