The Kansas City Chiefs couldn’t be any happier for quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany Mahomes, after the couple welcomed their third baby together
In an Instagram post on Monday, the Mahomes couple shared the news about the birth of their second daughter, whom they named Golden Raye Mahomes. Based on the caption of the post, Golden Raye was born on Sunday.
“Golden Raye Mahomes,” Brittany Mahomes wrote before adding, “1/12/25.”
Several friends, family members, fellow NFL WAGs (wives and girlfriends) and supporters quickly took to the comment section to congratulate the couple.
Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark wrote, “Congrats.” Meanwhile, Cooper Kupp’s wife, Anna Kupp, said, “Congratulations. So happy for your family and the expansion of love you get to experience with this new life. Praying for a sweet tradition into a family of five.”
Patrick Mahomes’ mom, Randi Mahomes, added, “Grandi x3.”
The Chiefs, for their part, also made sure to congratulate the couple and share their excitement for the new addition to the Mahomes family.
“Congratulations Patrick and Brittany! Welcome to Chiefs Kingdom, Golden,” the team wrote.
It’s definitely incredible news for Patrick Mahomes and Brittany Mahomes. Making it even better, the Chiefs QB was able to be with his wife since Kansas City had a bye in the first round of the NFL playoffs.
While it remains to be seen when the Mahomeses will show the fifth member of their family to the world, Patrick Mahomes’ focus will shift to the Divisional Round for now as the Chiefs prepare for the Houston Texans.
