In just a few days the Buffalo Bills will host the Baltimore Ravens in a rematch of a Week 4 contest that didn’t go too well for Josh Allen and company.
The Ravens dominated the early season matchup in a 35-10 beatdown that head coach Sean McDermott remembers well.
“I mean, this is what everyone’s been waiting for, right?” he told reporters after the game. “It’ll be a nice week, and everyone will be looking forward to it, and they’re a great football team. They handled us pretty good the first go-around and they’re certainly playing well, well-coached. [Ravens coach John Harbaugh] won a Super Bowl and comes from great pedigree, so it’ll be a big challenge for us.”
As the teams prepare for the showdown on Sunday night, a weather forecast for the game started floating around on social media. The “feels like” temperature is expected to dip into the single digits at kickoff and plummet even lower throughout the game.
Fans flocked to social media to react to the weather report – with most having something to say about star running back Derrick Henry.
“Tackling Henry in that hurts,” one fan said.
“Even in Buffalo, those temps 100% favor the ravens and their ground game,” added another.
“Imagine trying to tackle Derrick Henry in 4 degrees lol. Thats bone cracking weather,” added another.
“40 carries last week. 50 this week,” said another.
“They gotta tackle Derrick Henry for 4 quarters in the cold,” said another.
Baltimore and Buffalo kick off at 6:30 p.m. EST on Sunday afternoon.
