Miami Dolphins star Tyreek Hill took to social media with a cryptic message after watching the Kansas City Chiefs punch their ticket to the Super Bowl with a 32-29 victory against the Buffalo Bills.
Hill rose to prominence with the Chiefs as a fifth-round pick. He spent six successful seasons with Kansas City before being traded to the Miami Dolphins in 2022.
Hill won one Super Bowl with the Chiefs in 2020 but Kansas City is now on the verge of a historic three-peat — something that has never been done in the NFL.
Shortly after the Chiefs hoisted the Lamar Hunt Trophy for winning the AFC, Hill took to X. The post was a GIF that just had the caption “Hmmmmmm.”
It’s clear Hill was tuned in for the matchup. Prior to the game, Hill posted, “About to be a good one ladies and gentlemen.”
He also cheered on his former Chiefs teammate Kareem Hunt and applauded Bills receiver Mack Hollins after an athletic reception.
Hill and the Dolphins didn’t make the postseason, finishing 8-9. After the final game of the season, Hill seemed to demand a trade, saying he wanted out. He recently clarified those comments during a live stream.
“What y’all heard at the end of the season is frustration, bruh. I’ve been winning my whole life. Y’all don’t understand. Like, I bust my (expletive) every day,” Hill said. “So, I deserve to feel like that. I deserve to have some sort of opinion. Y’all just want me to say, ‘Oh well, get ’em next year.’ Nah, (expletive) that, we gotta come back like (expletive), we gotta put some pressure on (expletive). Like, hey, bruh y’all gotta fix this (expletive) bruh. Come on, add some (expletive) dogs in this (expletive).”
Hill is under contract with the Dolphins through the 2026 season.
