It looks like Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes approves of Travis Kelce‘s girlfriend Taylor Swift.
Mahomes made the admission during a Monday press conference in New Orleans ahead of Super Bowl LIX.
‘Taylor Swift is the best,’ Mahomes, 29, said of the Bad Blood hitmaker, according to People.
‘I’ve got the top!’ he added, talking about her merch, which was sold at her Eras Tour this year.
Since Swift began dating Kelce, both 35, in the summer of 2023, the star has made appearances at her fair share of football games, even sharing a suite at times with Mahomes’ wife, Brittany.
The two couples have even been seen hanging out outside of the football stadium, attending dinners, parties and even the US Open together in New York this summer.
‘Football is awesome, it turns out,’ Swift told TIME Magazine in 2023, as she was named as their person of the year.
‘I’ve been missing out my whole life,’ she continued.

In addition to Brittany, Swift also seems to have become close with Mecole Hardman Jr.’s fiancée, Chariah Gordon, and many of the other Chiefs WAGS.
Plus, it looks like the team really enjoys Swift’s homemade gifts, like her made-from-scratch Pop Tarts.
And, when the Mahomes family welcomed their third child, daughter Golden Raye, earlier last month, it was reported that Swift made her a blanket.
‘She makes a lot of things for the people she loves and cares about,’ a source told Us Weekly about the Tortured Poets Department singer.
‘She makes sentimental gifts that are more of value to her than expensive gifts,’ the source added.
At the time, the insider also noted that Swift has ‘always been someone’ who likes to make arts and crafts.
‘She makes a lot of personal things herself,’ the source said.
She explained that Swift is ‘always thinking about her friends and values those gifts more than anything expensive.’

Next week, Swift is expected to be watching her boyfriend, Kelce, and his team take on The Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.
It’s a matchup from the 2023 Super Bowl, where the Chiefs defeated the Eagles 38 to 35.
The Kansas City team is hoping to take home the Lombardi Trophy for the third time in a row.
They would make Super Bowl history by achieving this ‘three-peat.’
