Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson fell short of a trip to the AFC title game after losing to the Buffalo Bills in the Divisional Round.
Then, Jackson lost out on the NFL MVP award as Bills quarterback Josh Allen earned the honor.
Nonetheless, it was a strong season for Jackson, who finished the regular season with 4,172 yards passing with 41 touchdowns and just four interceptions. Jackson also rushed for 915 yards and four scores while leading the Ravens to an AFC North crown and a 12-5 mark going into the postseason.
Now, Jackson is changing things up with a new hairstyle he unveiled on Tuesday.
Jackson posted a reel on his Instagram account on Tuesday with a one-word caption.
“Bones.”
Jackson going with the straight look is quite something, and one fan had a perfect response.
“Lookin like Slimm Calhoun in the So Fresh So Clean video,” one fan wrote.
Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes also revealed a new hairstyle on Tuesday.
Now, it’s Jackson who is rocking the look, especially since he has been rocking the braids lately.
With the offseason here for the entire NFL, it’s that time of the year when they post some interesting stuff, and this qualifies as one of them for the Ravens star signal caller.
Lamar Jackson Drew Comparisons To A Certain NBA Athlete

One fan compared the QB to Outkast’s Andre 3000, but most of them compared him to NBA forward Jimmy Butler, who did something similar to his hair for Media Day a few seasons ago.
“Bro out here looking like Andre 3000,” a comment read.
“Jalen win a Super Bowl. Mahomes and Lamar want to look different 😂,” a user joked.
“Jimmy Butler is that you?” someone asked.
“Just like Jimmy Butler 😭,” another added.
“copying Jimmy Butler,” someone pointed out.
Lamar Jackson And Jimmy Butler have one thing in common: they’re both yet to win a championship.
Butler, though, has been to the NBA Finals twice, leading the Miami Heat there in 2020 and 2023. Jackson hasn’t found himself in a position to win a Super Bowl, having failed to make it to the big game after several attempts, but he’s certainly got the talent to do so.
Let’s see how far he gets next season.
